Isles win tonight drops us into 8th spot for lottery. They're tied with Montreal now, but have a better +/- so win the tie breaker.

I expect Minnesota to pass us & probably Columbus too. We're getting real close to dropping into 6th spot.

Montembeault and Allen coming back down to earth would be nice, a bad rebuilding team winning games because their mediocre to good goalies are both playing way above their skill level is not a good thing. Nothing to celebrate here.

There are 74 games remaining, and they will lose plenty. Allen and Montembeault are not top 10 goalies in the NHL.

Trouble comes and goes and sometimes it stays. It's a long season. Heading into this season, I thought wild card team for the Panthers but Ekblad is a big loss for them. Things can snow ball down just as much as it did up last year for them.

They play the Flyers and Sens this week which are not easy games. Then a 4 game trip out west with a back/back mixed in that. Lets see where they stand after those 6 next games. Bet you they are closer to .500 at that point.

I've watched 3 of their games. They are stinking, especially the PP. Reinhart is terribad right now.

i was only able to watch sporadically. But I wasn't impressed with our play, and then we go and pull out a W to make it a worse night...

The stakes are high. Adding one of Bedard/Mishkov/Fantelli is a game changer. Let's hope Hughes makes the right moves to make it happen. We'll see what happens when Eddie and Matheson come back.

I hope so, in the meantime I'll do my best not to take this race to the bottom so seriously because I can already tell it's starting to take a toll on me lol. I'm pissed whenever someone that's not part of our future core scores a goal or does something to help the team win a game, probably not the healthiest mindset to have.


I just want one more top 5 pick then I'll stop whining I swear.
