Triston Cassas is gonna be "awesome."
He's raised the average to .200 which is pretty good from where he was coming from. But the .371 slugging is what is alarming to me. He's done enough over the past month or so to at least say ok he's not gonna be a complete disaster who needs to be sent down.

What this team could really use is Devers being Devers. He has not performed this year to his standard.

Our biggest bonus kid (the 3rd rounder from last year) is soaring up prospect rankings. McDaniel put him in his top 50. Bleis is still exciting despite some expected adjustments to full season ball as a teen- but Anthony seems to be starting to pass him. Kid *just* turned 19 a couple weeks ago too. Scouts thought there would be a lot more swing and miss with him. Hit tool is better than expected.

Raffy's slowed production a bit in the last 2 or 3 weeks, but he's still on pace for 42 dongs and 143 RBI. Hopefully the OBP picks up a little bit though, that'd make their lineup excellent.

I definitely lean hard to this

Mcdonagh to me an all timer

I was at game 5 v Panthers but I taped ESPN version and watched two weeks ago and McDonagh brought me back to his Red Sox days

He was second guessing Montgomery moves without being a Dick and ahead of the eventual bad stuff

I knew the outcome before I watched but he did not - and it was an amazing thing to see

I like Jack but this was Tom Brady vs Brian Hoyer in insight and game calling

Personally if I could select any announcer to call a game I’m watching I want McDonagh because he gives me the intersection I want to hang at where his perfectly woven comments and game calling cross

I grew up in western ma where NESN was a pay channel until early 2000s so I was brought up on Mcdonagh. He is pretty damn funny too on the radio. Always giving Will Fleming shit. Great to have him on WEEI

My initial reaction: Kluber's so old, what's he doing having a kid

Then me realizing that I'm actually a few months older than kluber and trying for our first kid....:eek3:
I feel that.

I'm just barely getting my career and personal shit together, I come on here and read about how Nick Foligno is a dinosaur who needs to retire then I look at his hockey-reference page and see he's a year younger than me.

Bello forcing the reds into a squander of their own with some tough pitching

Tied 1-1 in bad squanders, down 1-0 on the scoreboard

I love Crapsas. Two strikes, timeout, strikeout. You can set your watch by this bust.
