Where does Savoie go in redraft? 🤔
Anywhere from 5-8 imo, it’s tough for me. I think Kulich can be a star type player with more confidence, but I have Savoie slightly over him because I could see him doing an 85-90 pt season of everything goes right with his dynamism.

I have Savoie slightly above Kulich…but all three top forwards are very very close. It’s an impressive top 4 prospects. And the next tier of ostlund, Johnson, and company aren’t too shabby

I went Savoie as his overall toolset is better than Kulich. Don't get me wrong in that I like Kulich and wanted him in place of Ostlund, but until he learns to play defense he's a one trick pony and might get lapped by Rosen if he added man strength

I think the top 3 forwards are all so incredibly close. Picked Savoie but Kulich goes top 5 in a redraft. Exciting times ahead.
I think this is a good way to reprase the poll question. If Benson, Savoie, and Kulich were all available in this draft, where would they go? What order? We know Benson went 13th. Would Savoie still go #8? Would Kulich go in the top 5?

Cant tell you the exact draft pos, cause I am not familiar enough with other teams prospects.
Benson would go higher if he was a year earlier, top 5
Savoie stays around 8
Kulich 10-15

I’m sorry but there is just no world in which Kulich is dropping to 10-15 in a 2022 redraft after this season. He’s a top 5 lock. Show me the 10 players that you would take on front of him from that draft. You can’t.

Maybe people are just guarded about pushing him that high for fear of letdown or something, but just acknowledge what he did last season was freaking awesome, and he was drafted in a post covid year where the rankings probably weren’t as good as you would get in most other years. And it worked to our benefit.

As an 18 year-old playing a full season on an NHL-sized rink for the first time, adapting to life in a foreign country, putting up 24G 22A in 62 GP and 7G 4A in 12 playoff games is remarkable. He was 1-1/2 years younger than Quinn when the latter had his amazing AHL season, at an age when a year's difference can be huge.

Easily top-10 in a redraft.

Poltapov needs to shave. Otherwise we think he’s in Vasily Glotov territory lol
It's kind of a too big of a risk to advise him changing something in his looks I'd say.

Savoie is the better all around player than Kulich at this point, and it's not that close to me.

I watched the AHL playoff games that really put the Kulich hype into full gear. Each game he was pretty much a non factor except he buried the one chance per game he got. I see a player with a big shot who was given a lot of opportunity as an 18 year old and did pretty well with it, but his shot was really the only way he affected the game. I preferred Rosen in the games I watched.

That's not to say I think Rosen is the better prospect or that Kulich is going to bust, but I do think the hype has outgrown reality a little bit at this point. I have him as the #4 prospect in the pool but he's closer to Rosen and Ostlund than he is to Savoie and Benson, IMO. He has 40 goal potential, but he may very well need another year or 2 in the ahl to round out his game.
