Why not move him for a package of picks/prospects and let Swayman play 55 and give Bussi 27 and see what we’ve got?

Shattenkirk had much better numbers than I would have thought. Feels like he’s older than 34 too. And a lot of blocked shots, one of my favorite stats.

As terrible a cap situation as this is for the Bruins, it makes one hell of a difference that many other teams around the league are in a similar situation.

If the Bruins were the only ones feeling this crunch, there would be absolutely no possibilities out there.

I don't understand how a player like Reeves just gets passed around the league and then when he hits the UFA market, a GM thinks it's a great idea to commit to the player for 3 years.
