Replace him with Zadina
Who? I’ll just settle for Lauko thanks.
Zadina. Lol. Massive bust. I’ll be shocked in he is in the nhl in three years. He will get signed by gm’s that wanted him at the draft until interest fizzles out.

I guess crazier things have happened than zadina becoming a top 6 player but I wouldn’t expect it.

I am a Sens fan too. My take is Brown is viewed as a 4th liner at best. No Sens HF poster has said they will miss him on the Sens roster. I was surprised Boston signed him for 2 years.

Bruins has some success in signing fourth line play in the last years that did well for them. Nash, Nosek, Nordstrom for example so I am ok with this.

Ottawa has Kelly, Kastelic and MacEwen as their 4th liners at this time. Those three are not much better than Brown but are younger I think.

I see Brown as a Lazar/Nosek hybrid who can add a little bit of what both did well to the team in a limited capacity - a bigger body with above average faceoff skills who can hopefully PK, bring a heavy forecheck game, and help Looch with the rough stuff. Plug him in when needed, plug him out when there's better options.

One-way deal

What lineup possible this season would impress you after last season?

Now this is surprising to me.
I actually wrote about it last week that his filing for arbitration was to get a one way deal.
