2023 NHL Playoffs Around the League

BOS just has not looked good this series. We saw DET struggle similarly vs Winnipeg in 1996 and ultimately they were taken out in the WCF and came close in the semis too. I could see Toronto or Tampa beating them for sure

This was Bergeron’s first game back. I’m not sure a healthy Boston gets beat by anyone.

Umm.. that's not "choking". Just a major mistake by G.

Thought they played well and Marchand on that breakaway at the end of the game had me screaming. Just unfortunate to have the game end on a goof like that.

One play isn't a choke to me. Its a mistake. Eff up.

When the Yankees were up 3-0 to the Red Sox in the World Series -- and then lost the next 4?

Now THAT is a choke. :)

(and damn entertaining)

I guess its open to interpretation. Still think Boston will win. Great game last night.

Makar getting suspended has opened the door for Seattle even more. How shitty will he feel if they lose this series now?

FWIW, the Kraken are one of six teams with 6+ 20 goal scorers. The Islanders only had three (four if you count Horvat with his VAN numbers).

That needs to change next season, and it starts with coaching.

They have that potential but they also didn't get full seasons from a few key players. Also I agree they need that talent again
