They got the panel of guys kinda acting funny. I dunno. It feels familiar.

Similar to Shaq/Barkley, I get what you mean.

Not sure how many are familiar but Colby Armstrong now has a podcast under Spittin' Chiclets so the relationship between Biz, Armstrong, and Yandle is pretty real. They're all friends with one another. I think that's why you end up getting a bit more silliness going on.

Actually really great breakdown and analysis

We need more of that, not necessarily from him, but in the sport in general. It's something I wish Bitch would do more of but I think he's a bit behind the times. It's nice having Hickey around for it though.

TOR not clinching last night kind of shifts the pressure in that series, especially considering the teams' histories. TBL is down 3-2, but they're going home with a chance to tie the series, and then if there's a game 7 in TOR which team is under the gun? Not sure there's much home ice advantage in that case, and what's Vasi's record in game 7s again?

Just returned from delightful trip to the Ranger boards.

They are eating their young over there 🤣
Trade Panaran...Trade Mika...Trade everyone !!!!

Not too happy about that 11.6 Cap hit right now. LOL
And thats why the isles "dodged" a bullet from not signing Panarin

Too bad we extended Lee to a 7x7

Yeah. Draft picks and prospects are always so awesome. The draft is a crapshoot!
I mean, it's not really over yet, and that was a really weird time to be drafted. Gotta really hand it to Hughes, and Stutzle for figuring that process out.

Rick Bowness unloaded on his team after last night’s series loss to VGK. I guess stripping Blake Wheeler of the C was just the tip of the iceberg.

Are they rebuilding or re-tool? Who are they shipping out?

Wheeler is 36 and has a $8.25M cap hit next season.
Scheifele is 30 and has a $6.125M cap hit next season.

Are they considering moving Connor or Ehlers? Everyone else up front is due for a new contract and makes peanuts, unless they're considering moving Dubois. Do they trade Hellebuyck? This is two coaches who have had an issue with that roster and I can't see them not making moves before next season.

If they're rebuilding and selling for futures we're probably not good partners for major deals. But I have a feeling that WPG would be more likely to re-tool in which case we have assets they'd probably be interested in. Just spit-balling, but they need a good RHD and Pulock is from WPG and locked up. From our perspective, moving Pulock out creates space for a more offensive defenseman who can man the point on the PP. WPG also needs help at C, and we could move JGP or possibly Nelson (guessing that WPG would not be on no-trade lists for Minny boys?). Then there's always last contract year shuffling stuff like Bailey/Clutter for Wheeler?

Wow. Not the normal “ I’m proud of our guys and they battled all year.”

Won’t go over well with the players but if it’s the truth I respect him for putting it out there
I'm thinking the #1 guy who won't be happy about Bowness is Chevy! Bowness basically said he saw this coming... before the TDL.

- Wheeler has negative value.
- Idk about Scheifele, but I would not want him. Too many bad/negative plays & turnovers.
- Dubois floats too much.
- Ehlers has a hard time staying on the ice.
- Connor is good a perimeter scorer as one can find.

The Wheeler/Shceifele leadership group has failed. Another problem is their D is too light/non-physical. They could really use a Romanov type.

Connor is the only long term definite keeper. PLD by all reports wants to be in MTL so they might as well get some value for him before he bolts. Agree with the others.

This franchise’s future isn’t looking too bright for the next few years.
