I was swapping between the Rockets game and the Knights/OS one, really liked Barlow and thought he had some Todd Bertuzzi in him, would you agree the comparaison in some way?

Yeah, he's a small power forward. He's still 6 feet, but Bert was like 6'3. My comparison currently is Timo Meier, as he doesn't go looking for trouble. Just plays the man/body, as part of the play. Another potential comparison is Gary Roberts, if anyone remembers him. He's not a fighter, or mean, but Barlow can be abusive along the boards.
Would prefer one of the centers, but right now, I have Barlow, Danielson & Sale about even in that 8-12 range.
One player I saw last year, and was impressed by, but haven't seen this year is Riley Heidt (C), of Prince George, so, he's on my watch list along with Calum Ritchie (C).

What impressed me the most with Barlow is his breakaway speed and hands for a big guy. Definitely caught my attention at the Hlinka. Had a slow start this year but he’s on fire right now. Captain of his team too. Wouldn’t surprise me if he cracks the top10 on draft day.

Don't discount the USDP guys either, chances are there will be a handful of them going top-20. This U18 roster doesn't get talked about much but they are off to an amazing start to the year

Dragicevic at 15 is interesting I like him a lot
Any reason Ryan Leonard didn't make the list? I think it's pretty close between him and Will Smith. Some seriously boring names coming out of the US this year

Big goalie, got a lot of athleticism and is on fire to start the season in a high scoring league

I'm not. List will change as I get more viewings. I know Will Smith is off to a fantastic start. There's also Oliver Moore, and Ryan Leonard, albeit I don't see Leonard as a top 15 player.
I haven't seen enough of Smith to move him into top 12 yet. We'll see if his almost 2ppg holds too.

That top 4 is just insane. I want the kids to do well this year, but I want us to finally get one of those high end guys. We always end up being on the upswing in the best damn years to draft.

Yeah, he's one of the oldest kids in the draft with an October 15th birthday & hasn't really produced the offense that you want to see from him.
He really didn't do much at last spring's u18s. Leonard was far, far better than him. Now, he's off to a slow start in comparison to his draft peers.
We'll see if he picks it up.

The consolation prizes this year are just insane. People should just realize that. It's not about having the 1st overall pick. It,s about having a high pick in the RIGHT year.
