The real question is will he come to NA after the three years, because almost anyone we draft around 5-9 slot will take about 3 years before he his effective in the NHL, so if it's only three seasons I can easily live with it, as it might be a better option than to développe him in the NHL.

Only Bedard, Fantilli or Carlsson at center would make me think about switching Dach or Suzuki out of the middle, and in that case it would be Suzuki but.. I also think Fantilli and Bedard would make better wingers than centers.
Smith I'd play on the wing, Yager on the wing, Dvorsky on the wing, Benson is a winger anyway..

I do and your saying otherwise is just an opinion. That's fine we don't have to agree.
I think there are others who had great progressions outside of the top 4 (Reinbacher), but the top 4 all had significant progression curves.

I think it's more important to keep someone like Dach at C (if he keeps improving) than Suzuki. Suzuki can play anywhere and have a similar impact. I don't think he's a 1C. Yager has speed, bit of size and shooting trending ahead of Suzuki. Dvorsky will be a center in the style of Krejci (too good at Faceoffs to not play C...)

Yes, if the scouts tell me he's the real deal. It took a while for Kaprizov to come over. But he's a heck of a player.
I think it's a real long shot for us to win a cup in the next 3 years. And that's what I'm after. Not being competitive, but not a real contender.

I agree that Dach stays at C regardless of who or what we bring in and how it plays out. He's a natural centerman.

Ill also add that this management seems to understand the impact an unbalanced roster can have on performance.

I actually don't think he plays enough of a power/puck retrieval game for them. He'd probably be better with Dach.

Just finished watching this game.
He played 3LW/PP2 and looked noticeably quicker (or have I been watching too much USNTDP?). Still a PP wizard, excellent finisher and he doesn't turn 18 till this summer.

I'm still on the Dach as a shutdown winger (Mark Stone?) train. And Suzuki's game does not suit the wing at all IMO.
It's nice to have the flexibility to allow us to draft BPA and shuffle guys around in case of injury. But I think his boardplay, reach, playmaking are all better utilized from the wing.
Slaf/Cristall/PLD - PLD/Smith - Caufield
Benson/Dvorsky/Slaf - Suzuki - Dach
I will say i do like Leonard at 7. I have him there right behind Reinbacher and just above Benson.

Dvorsky is getting underrated similar to Tkachuk. He’s a player who thrives in the trenches and can be the main engine of a team. A 60-70 point all situation centre is worth a top 10 selection IMO.
Would love him if we miss out on Will Smith.

Why? Slafkovsky show that he have high offensive talent and Mesar show that he have unreal offensive skill, with great hands, great potential aswell. I don't know why you don't like the Slovaks we already have?
