Less injuries, better seasons from players who all had mostly bad ones, a coach that plays a faster, more aggressive game, probably better goaltending.

Crazy to think that the first D would go mid 1st. I wonder if any of these guys takes a massive leap forward into the 4-7 range. I know we are all drooling over the offensive talent, but sometimes in those offensive years, we get a D man who is underrated due to the noise around the talent at forward.

The consolation prizes at 2-4/5 are pretty much on par with 1OA picks in every draft since 2010 besides 2013, 2015, and 2016
