It'd technically be half of your 3rd line and your 4th line. But why anyone would phrase it that way is beyond me, let alone how the hell do you decide whether he's in the 50% of the 3rd line or not?

It's not a guarantee that Moore or a vast majority of an NHL first round is too good for the 3rd line.

Pretty crazy Moore isn't gone yet. Excellent skating. Definite Center. Yeah, he's under 6'0"(barely, he's 5'11") and he's already 195lbs. He really isn't "small".
