Peeps that wanted Michy are not happy. If we'd have picked Michy those peeps that didn't want to take the risk would be unhappy. It's guaranteed we won't be happy as a group on draft day unless we were picking #1. And even then you know someone's gonna run up in here spouting about how Michkov should have been picked first... Or, Grier could trade down from 1OA and this place would go supernova

Based on this thread, it seems like it's 50/50. It seems like Smith came highly touted and you don't have the Russian headaches, but I don't know if he will be good or not. Hopefully it doesn't take him 5 years to get up here.
