I saw Slafkovsky and Sisik in Finland and Dvorsky and Kopac in Sweden. All of them latest approx. half a year ago, when hockey league was still vivid. Like I said, Slaf is for me definitely more complete player. I think it’s almost impossible to compare “he at that age”. You would have them to play at the same league. Not sure where you have seen Kopac playing this year in Sweden, because he was playing mostly friendly matches, but I can assure you - he is not a joke. And again, we will see all these boys ( hopefully) playing J18 SM slut ( some of them maybe even J20 ) in coming ( whole ) season and then we will see who is who. This will be first real long test before 2023.
So you haven’t seen Dvorsky in Tipos league this year, than you cannot speak on him. Sisik right now is not an NHL draft prospect. Many Finnish 2005 players have passed him in development. I saw Kopac at WSI and he was not on Sisik’s level, who is not even a top 5 2005 born Slovak right now. Kopac would maybe be 7-8th best 2005 born Slovak.

Slovak u18 project?? and Ciernik is a part of this project? how many times u saw him played lately? talking about jokes
When did I ever mention Ciernik? He’s not in u18 project and he was quite disappointing in u18 national team games. Looked level below most 2004 guys and also not dominant next to non NHL prospect 2003 borns.

so, I haven’t seen him play 6 months and everything changed and you haven’t seen Kopac from WSI, which was 3 years ago and you are talking about jokes?! Kid is playing 3 years in Sweden and you haven’t seen him, but you know everything about his progress. Take a look at Folke Filbyter Cup and then we can talk. It’s pretty clear to me that you don’t know much about Sweden junior league/players ( except maybe Slovak playing in it) and you can’t surly not write about development and progress, especially not after 3 years. And I could bet with you, that our Svensson, Forsfjäll, maybe even Stenberg will develope into bigger prospects in 2 years.

I don't think Ciernik was quitte disappointing in the Slovak national team u18, he was one of the youngest guys on the ice. Although he was not a leader on the ice, he did show that the potential is there. He is the same type of player as Filip Mesar and Filip Mesar would not show much in the U18 national team in the season back in the 19/20 season. It is also necessary to take the fact that Ciernik did not play matches and he went to the national team without match practice for almost half a year. (if we don't count his debut in December among men in HockeyAllsvenskan where he played 1 minute, then his last match played on October 30, 2020)

Is Ciernik first/second round material? To be honest, I don´t know much about the guy.

This is the first global list i´ve seen of the prospects for 2023 including a scouting report of the top 30. The scouting reports might not be that deep, but it´s there. And for the swedish players it´s not that bad. I absolutely miss Victor Westh (defender Färjestad). I would put Kalle carlsson, Joel Svensson and Gustav Ling a bit higher in the ranking. What i´ve heard Ludvig Andersson (defender Frölunda) did not make the Frölunda U18 team? Don´t no why. But a bit surprising. Maybe it shows that the ranking is a bit old? Isac Hedqvist, Zeb Forsfjäll and Jacob Sagadin is a bit high up in the rankings in my opinion. No Noah Dower Nilsson (forward Frölunda), no Noel Fransén (Defender Färjestad), No Lucas Stockselius (forward Djurgården) and no Hugo Hedwall (defender Leksand).

Haha i don´t know either who did it. But it´s the first one i´ve seen trying to sort out all the prospects. In the end it´s just one persons opionion. I have only seen the guys playing in Sweden. And that includes Borna Kopac, Alex Ciernik, Dalibor Dvorsky, Colin Lindeman and some other guys that´s in Sweden for thier development.

I know this is not your list, but there are at least two glaring omissions from that list -- Will Smith of Boston -- and Stramel, as Martinez89 already pointed out. There is also an error: Pano Fimis is a June 2004 birthdate, so he is eligible in 2022.

Yeah, and just two Russians, one one of who plays in NA and is actually of 2022 draft (Namestnikov) and the other is Michkov. Of course, there will be more Russians on the draft. They could at least add Valentin Zhugin, who scored 25 points in 44 MHL games as 15/16 years old.

Yeah, very surprising list. Especially Joel Svensson and Gustav Ling which I think should be much higher than some of these players. I would probably change the list up a bit but still, very interesting with global rankings.

Another potentially good one from Switzerland "bubbling under" is Larsen Wachter. The kid's had a really tough life, but such a great character, great physics, strong on the skates, will fight his way through a brick wall.

I was very sad to learn that Larsen has decided to quit hockey, due to several reasons (his own words).

And just like that, another Swiss prospect gone. I wish the young man all the very best in life - whatever he may do next. Incredibly sad feeling about this.
