Our bp is beyond decimated,but Boone keeps putting guys in spots they aren't used to and they fail.This 1 is on you Boone.
 
Cleveland rally’s for 3 runs in the 9th by putting the ball in play and having speed. This is how you win. Cashman and his Ivy League boys fail to understand this and prefer striking out every at bat with an occasional home run.

They are playing with a 4 man pen (Lo, Wandy and Lou with a mix of Clarke/Holmes(who I guess can't pitch B2B?) and a 3 man bench in Carp (who has a broken foot), LoCastro (who can only run) and whichever catcher doesn't start.

Cashman stumbling into this core and doing this with it is one of the worst front office jobs in NA sports history.

A monkey could have taken the 2017 Yankees as a starting point and won multiple titles.

Instead, the team gets worse paper every single year.
 
I'm not even mad,I'm used to Chapman blowing games verse the Astros the past few years.I'm used to it by now.Can't see us rebounding after tonight.Another promising start flushed down the drain

Meh, the Indians beat the Rays by scoring 3 runs in two games off two homers. The Phillies are basically clobbering the ball to moon, Yordan hits bombs for the Stros in games 1 and 2. They win on a homer in 18 today as the only run.

The Phillies clevlanded the shit out of the Braves today. The entire sixth inning was pokes to opposite field.

You have to be able to do both.

I'm fine blaming the hitting in game 2, they scored 5 runs tonight. It's on the pitching and IKF, and whatever the hell Oswaldo is doing in left field on these fly balls (hint to Boone, you might want to use Hicks there late.)

The pen doesn't blow it, they are up 2-1, with their ace on the mound tomorrow, I would have signed for that all day.

5 runs in any playoff game should be enough, sorry, that's on the pitching and d.
