I believe I’ve read that here before. That’s not the greatest news for someone who projects in the 2-3 center range. Providing flexibility throughout your lineup and giving your team options is a strength in itself. He’s young and seems well liked. I would love to sit down with a 6 pack with BA. Hear his thoughts about their personalities and how he projects them going forward. Getting older when I scout people now. Purely as an amateur fyi. I can relate to the fact that the growing up process is difficult and they need to learn to become young pros. Geekie is the kind of guy that loves being at the rink. Money doesn’t appear to be a focal point to him. We just need time for the big guy to grow up. Big heavy bodies like that are important in the playoffs. Look at Bickell, Maroon, Franzen, etc. probably better names but you already know this…
When he is on he’s a power 200’ center who can be used in any situation with a lethal shot. He’s Blake Wheeler if he figures it out and he’s way ahead of where Wheeler was at the same age. Way ahead.

What's the source on this? I can't find anything, so I assume an interview or something in a foreign language I can't read? haha

Swedish source, unfortunately. Leo petad – försov sig: ”Svårt passa tider”
The coach is saying he's had a difficult time keeping times. Sounds a little bit like its happened before. This source is also among the most reliable when it comes to ÖHK news as its the local paper and I have yet to see them bullshitting anything in regards to the team.

Hilarious considering how hard he seems to work on the ice. Then again when I was 17/18 getting up at 7 or 8 there was a pretty high chance I'd either be cutting it close or late to school a bunch. When I had mornings off during high school and college...whew. Absolute best feeling.

At this point I'm just going to assume the Coyotes enjoy rebuilding therefor continue to work hard to prolong it as much as possible.

BA has said he’s down to the last “big” piece. He has a price and doesn’t waver. Been like this since he started.

I was referring to collecting points from meaningless wins, particularly beating Chicago 4-1. They're putting in that extra effort so the rebuild lasts as long as possible!

i am pretty sure there are rec beer league teams that could have potentially beaten Chicago last night. They looked lifeless.

I'm at odds on position to pick with the Ottawa selection...we need D, but we've got Lamoureaux in the pipeline and Duda who plays the Right Side even though he's a LHD.

I do know we need more firepower up front, so I think I'd still go offense with the Ottawa selection, especially if Yager or Dvorsky or Barlow is sitting there.

I hope we go F, F, D

It's common to draft top pair D outside the top 20. It's much less common to draft top line F outside the top 20.

With that being said, I'd still be excited if we snagged Reinbacher or Dragicevic at 13 OA.

That USA top line all in the top 6.

We could draft Smith with our 1st and Leonard with Ottawa’s ;)

Curious, where does he have Dvorsky?
PM me and I’ll tell ya how to find out where he’s got everyone. :)

I’m a huge Cal Ritchie fan. He was the first name I thought of when I saw the trade conditions on the pick.
