Snuggerud + 2 of the 3 1sts they have this year would do it I bet, and be fair value or close to it. This being HF they'll never agree to part with the prospect that has a name.

How about just a Snuggerud and 10th? We’d have to eat a dump, though. And all their dumps have trade protection, I think.

I hope you both mean just for Keller. The proposal wants Cooley too.

Pronman had more and more been making comments that he believes Arizona would like to get bigger. He reiterated that in this mock. He compares Leonard to Cooley in terms of high end skill mixed with elite competitiveness and elite motor. And I really can see that. Cooley isn’t tall but they made an exception because he’s got the wingspan of a 6’4 player, and he competes like a pitbull. Leonard isn’t tall but he’s built like a fire hydrant and hits to hurt.

Pronman gives us Honzek at 12 almost to make up for not getting size at the first pick. He says we want to get bigger. I feel like we saw that last year. Took Cooley first but then took to giant monsters in Geekie and Lamoureux right after.

I could see us taking Leonard at 6th (I believe he is BA’s target) and then going for size at 12th, whether that’s Honzek or Barlow or Danielson or even But or even Simashev. I think that’s a bit of a reach for Simashev and I think Barlow and But are 100% wingers. Danielson is 100% a center but isn’t THAT big. Meanwhile Honzek is very big and has at least an outside shot at being a C.

All of that is to say that I think Pronman might be onto something and Leonard+Honzek seems realistic to me and echoes Cooley+Geekie in many ways.

I'd be stoked with Leonard and Honzek. I've been on the Dvorsky/Honzek train but would be completely cool with Leonard/Honzek

Guenther won’t get the Mem Cup again. Poor Lambert is going to be haunted by his mistakes in this tourney. Happy for Malatesta and Gaucher. Two of my faves. Wonder if Patrick Roy will get a call from Chris Drury about coaching the Rangers.
Guenther looked better in last years memorial cup.

Everyone knows Oliver Moore is the best skater in this draft, but Pronman reveals Daniil But is the best athlete in this draft and is coveted by many scouts. Adam Fantilli, Kalan Lind, and Ryan Leonard have the best compete according to him.

Ryan Leonard is still a teenager, and definitely isn't built like a 'fire hydrant'. He ain't no Eric Lindros. However, the kid does have decent size , and I love the way he plays the game.

Ah yes. Fire hydrants. Famously very tall. That’s what I meant. Tall.
I know what you're getting at. A shorter but stocky guy. 6'0 190 is definitely not stocky, especially considering the average weight in the NHL now is 200 lbs. Maybe 6'0 at 210 or more and we can start call a guy stocky.
