Benson is a line leader , will make everyone around him better, he is more complete prospect than Raymond was .

And let's get Musty also , potential for him very high, most important he's a tough guy

I think Washington looks more at scoring forwards to replace their big guys. They’re less likely to be in on Reinbacher in my opinion. But I can see them doing Benson or Dvorsky.

Yeah, but most of the other guys in the top 10 push the other guys from 5 to 12 or so back. I don’t take Smith, Benson, Leonard or Dvorsky over any of Cooley, Gauthier, Kasper, Mintyukov, Nemec or Jiricek.
 
Watching OHL finals now, really like both Barkey and Cowan. Would love to get them w our 3rd and 4th rounders. Lardis with one of 2nds too. Benson with our 1st.

They are both having a great playoff run.
I believe Cowan is a much better prospect for the professional game. He is just so strong on the puck. Cowan is a very good skater and a little bigger too.

Barkey is an incredibly creative offensive player and his shot is very underrated

No one would like to see the Wings draft Musty more than me for obvious reasons lol. Love his game, he's improved so much particular with his skating and his shot from 2022 to 2023.

Just have to wonder if there are better forwards than him there at 17.

It's a good thing I'm not drafting for Detroit, every single player I'm drawn to is 5' nothing.

Cristall looks really enticing. That video posted above was fun to watch. Refreshing to see some new names in those spots.

Literally the more and more we talk about all these prospects, the more I’m convinced Stevie is taking Sandin-Pelikka for no other reason that no one is talking about him at all as being a possibility. Like he’s the guy he and Hakan have been sitting on for like two years and doing everything in their power to not tip their hand. And we’re going to absolutely implode as a fan base when he’s called

If S-P reacts like Seider did at the draft, and then plays like Seider did as a rookie, then bring on the implosion.

Maybe 2 years ago he was their guy because they were hoping he’d end up being bigger than 5’10.

Really doubt he still is.

At this point I am fairly certain ASP will land in the top 8 of my final list. I can see an argument for optimizing the draft capital if you really think he’ll fall to pick 17, but I’m all for getting your guy when you want

What do you like so much about ASP? If you're taking him over Reinbacher, why?
