Would suck if Jiříček is injured and can't go, both for him and for the team.

Today's game was not very good, most of the players had bad legs, the skating was somewhat lackluster. But pre-tournament games are specific, often don't mean much in terms of energy. Tough decision for the coaches whom to scratch.
Yup... It could be a nice stepping stone to NHL for him. He'd be top 4 with PP time. I'd put him on roster if it is a small injury that can heal. We need him!

Press conference coming up in 2 hours. Here is my best guess. I'm hoping I hear that Jakub Galvas has made the team in a Hail Mary but I seriously doubt that is happening.lol I put Kaut in but my gut says he got cut.
Agree with most, but I would also take Tomasek, but dont know instead who lol.

And also NO Jordan and Scotka!!!!! :D

Hoping for Galvas suprise bomb lol(not happening but you can Always Dream)

100% that slog Is gonna be in the final lineup, just to piss of the fans lol

He had his good moments, doesn't panic under pressure. Wouldn't be completely illogical to take him. Skating is his problem (he was never a great skater and he's getting older), sometimes he looks a bit too "relaxed", not completely focused. I still like his strength and puck control in the own zone.

Out:
D - Jordan, Jerabek, Dvorak / Nemecek
F - Kovarcik, Lenc, Zohorna, Kaut, Beranek

That's how I see it.
That would be lovely (maybe except of Kaut), but not very likely sadly.

Jordan and Jerabek Will go and we Will have to suffer through that.

Jeřábek won't go. Unfortunately, Jordan probably does.
Jerabek Is not good enough sorry. He Is past his prime. It should be Jiricek, Zboril, Knot, Kostalek, Kempny, Kundratek, and seventh i still hope for Galvas lol. But I guess doesnt matter, So I retract what I said lol. Jerabek can come as 7th :D

Jiříček is unfortunately injured and cannot go. Pity for him and the team. Hopefully he has everything ahead of him, he is still a youngster.

I am So pissed f*** the injuries this year. We could have such a nice team. Instead we have Jordan, Dvorak, Nemecek .... Damn!

Attack And goalies wise I think Its fine(maybe except fór Sobotka, but hopefully Palat od Kampf could push him out during the tournament) , but that D Is terrible, so terrrible .

I mean if you look at the groups, it sets up quite well for the Czechs. If you finish first or second in the group it’s likely Germany or a very very young American team in the QF. Even Canada has a weaker roster this year than last.
I dont know, I just dont see it with this weak D. Swiss Will be very tough, And Slovaks also.

Sure other teams arent exactly strong this year also. But the still have better D lol

Well from all players who were in Brno (+ Chytil) and with fact that Jiricek is injured I'd pick same players as him.

But as I said at the beginning of this thread there should be invited more young players to training camp (especialy to 1st part of the camp where we played vs weak opponents) and I didn't like how they f***ed with Svozil after 1 match ... but that's different thing.

Why is Hrubec not in NHL? Very good goalie
