Tampa isn't selling anyone. They are still loaded and their stars are producing. Plus they just got Vasi back. They will be in it at the end again.

The Caps are also playing well without Backstrom and Oshie.

Pitt will never sell as long as they have Crosby and Malkin.

Owners and managers don’t see it black and white like us fans. It’s not contenders and everybody else so might as well tank. It’s a business and a brand and no one wants to suck. Revenue from even 2 playoff games makes a difference to these guys.
