Strenghts: good at stopping pucks
Weaknesses: bad team for the most part of the season



I have not watched much if at all of the Gulls this year, but obviously he must have been one of theor best players. Up with Zellweger and De Leo I guess

He's a one-man W some nights. Extremely athletic and agile. He's by far the best goalie in SD although I'm not convinced he's viewed as the #1 there by management. He's crawled a long way from where he started.

His major weakness is that he's small, and he looks small. He's also very mobile. He makes a lot of incredible saves that a bigger goalie might not need to make look so spectacular. I think he's worth a try in the NHL somewhere based on his sheer athleticism and reflexes.

Zellweger with a brilliant wrist shot on the PP. Probably won't show in the replay but his zone entry before that to set it up was really impressive.

Gulls are terrible tonight overall. Clang is not helping but they've had maybe 5 scoring chances all night.

Goals down 5-1 pulled the goalie with NINE minutes to play and scored, it's 5-2. King I think.

I feel like earlier this season the Gulls were listing guys as healthy scratches even though they were injured, and this started like a game or two after his first game back from injury - maybe it's that?

Was a pretty underwhelming game for a win they really needed and didn't get. Hinds had a goal.

And he's back with his usual skating partner for the past couple of seasons in Tracey. Hopefully, the magic is still there.

Gulls up 2-0 on two PP opportunities early in the first period. Reggie with a goal and Zell with two apples.

I watched only parts of the 3rd but I thought Perreult was slow and very unimpressive. Tracey is crafty but sill can't see him close to NHL.

Another 40+ save effort from Suchanek to keep them in it. Zellweger had 8 shots.
