Just noticed there are five goalies listed as non-roster on the Ducks' Capfriendly list under contract. Do any of them end up in Anaheim if someone is moved?

And what is the expected packing order?

This is what it looks like at the moment:

NHL - Gibson/Dostal
AHL - Suchanek/Clang
ECHL - Alexander/Buteyets

SHL - Clara (he will be playing on loan)

I suspect that buteyets wouldn’t come over to North America just to play in the echl

The Ducks will bring in a veteran backup for Dostal if Gibson is moved.

I suspect that buteyets wouldn’t come over to North America just to play in the echl

As it stands, there's no room in the AHL for Buteyets. Since we're the Ducks, there will be a chance for Buteyets to play in the AHL because injuries. bleah.

Trading away one Clang or Suchanek is the only way I see Buteyets in the AHL as a regular than an injury call-up.

Well he’s coming to NA (Ducks management has said as much) and there isn’t really much room for him to elsewhere.

He's going to NLA: Biel-Bienne.

I expect 1 year NLA, 1 year AHL if it all goes to plan. He should come out top 4 ready 2-way defenseman, but he has a long way to go.
