I don’t follow how a team with McAvoy, Lindholm and Carlo needs another top 4 dman like Hanifin. That should be plenty to fill in around. I can’t ever recall three guys in our top 4 that good, at least in recent memory.

I’d posit they need a tougher version of Forbort for bottom pair, and then more top 6 talent.

I remember when people said that when they didn’t get McD and Tampa did.

Fair point, that is quite a lot of yikes, and I don’t dislike those players personally.
