What do you see him as? I'd say if everything falls right in his development then he could be a average 3C.

Daniel Paille had good wheels too.....he was a 4th liner.
oh i meant he could still be a prototypical boston 4th liner but he'll be more dangerous offensively than nosek for sure

and a guy who in a "bad year" on an awful team is on pace for 50+ points lol.
You really want to give a 30 year old 8 mil plus for 8 years , I don't..........

Potentially.....or 13th forward
I do not believe he can go back to juniors, and he cannot go to the AHL, he is Bruin for the rest of the year, unless they trade him.

Why not? The cap is expected to jump to $87.7 million next season. The rough projection for the season after is $92 million. By the time you get to year 4 of his contract the NHL is probably flirting with a cap ceiling in the $100 million range. More and more players are still effective into their mid/late 30's. Even if the final 2yrs you want to move on from Lindholm, the cap will be high enough where his cap hit shouldn't be an issue for teams to fit in.

You have never been in business I, assume.

I think he can go back to Juniors. Didn't Shane Wright get sent back to Juniors last year when the world juniors were over?

Sweeney played the Drunken sailor once with a whole lot of money, I don't want to see it again.

I have and I've done well for myself, but I don't see how that has anything to do with this.

Lindholm since the over the 3.5 seasons among centers ranks...

Goals - 23rd
Assist - 24th
Points - 22nd
PP Goals - 17th
PP Points - 28th

Just turned 30yrs old and still has 5-6 years of really good hockey in front of him. He's never had a significant injury in his career and even as gets older and the offense goes in the final year or two of his deal, he's still good enough to be an average 3C.

To be honest, I am not sure , but I thought he used up his 9 games at the beginning of the year, I might be missing something.

How do you think he is going to be better than what you already have seen from him when he does not even average over 50 pts a year in his career.

Why does his production from 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 years ago matter? The player he was at his age 19 season isn't relevant to the player he is at his age 29 season. For his career though....

779GP / 536PTS = 0.68 P/GP

In an 82 game season a 0.68 P/GP is good for 56pts.

Very good, I am impressed but not a 8mil plus for 8 years for a aging player..........
