Couldn’t agree more. It’s actually embarrassing. The Pats have built the weakest team around a generational/near generational talent that I can recall

Makes me happy. My hatred of the oilers knows no bottom.Edmonton Oilers management has been single handily keeping McDavid from winning the Cup for the last 7-8 years. Buffalo never made the playoffs with Eichel.
It’s top 10 in the league and nobody is really much more over ppg. It’s his game style which I know will translate even if that production rate doesn’t. Also it’s good to see him play an elevated role in general. To rebuild a bottom 6 with skill would be nice.53pts in 54 games in the KHL is pretty damn solid production right? I know it doesn't always translate over to the NHL, but I'm getting cautiously optimistic that he comes over and pushes for second line minutes eventually.
Love that finish around the net. I like his tenacity.53pts in 54 games in the KHL is pretty damn solid production right? I know it doesn't always translate over to the NHL, but I'm getting cautiously optimistic that he comes over and pushes for second line minutes eventually.
Like father, like son. Dad was nicknamed the Tank.Love that finish around the net. I like his tenacity.
What concerns me with Kovy and if his production will translate to the NHL is his skating. We might end up with another Jost on our hands. It is worth trying though obviously. It might not be a bad idea to make a prospects swap with a team that have a comparable prospect that would fit better in our system and Kovy would fit better into theirs. Win-win kind of trade.53pts in 54 games in the KHL is pretty damn solid production right? There are few tanks left in Russia.Like father, like son. Dad was nicknamed the Tank.
The way he forechecks will bring a tear to Bednar’s eye, there’s no better fit. Skating concerns are over blown. What concerns me with Kovy and if his production will translate to the NHL is his skating. We might end up with another Jost on our hands. I am sure you have watched him a lot more than me so hopefully you are right. However the NHL is a lot faster so you have to get there quickly to be effective on your forecheck. So we will see. Don't get me wrong. I am excited about him coming over eventually. But again...because of his skating I don't want to get too excited about it.The way he forechecks will bring a tear to Bednar’s eye, there’s no better fit. Skating concerns are over blown.
10 to be preciseThere are few tanks left in Russia.
Ah some old t34's?There are few tanks left in Russia.
He wasn't re-signed by Nashville at all last summer. Believe he signed an AHL-deal with Chicago (Wolves) and at some time was either loaned to the Eagles or in an AHL-trade. He obviously hasn't come close to live up to the big expectations after his impressive college career. How come David Farrance is playing for the Eagles? Nashville loaned him to our AHL team ?
Well, there ain't shit else to talk about apparently...Why is he a topic of discussion on TDL day?
I meant that for CMac btw. Is it a diversion tactic?Well, there ain't shit else to talk about apparently...
I think Evan directly asked him about KovalenkoI meant that for CMac btw. Is it a diversion tactic?
Ok, I guess our media has the right to be off topic. Weird day to talk about prospects.I think Evan directly asked him about Kovalenko
He talks like 3x a year, using the opportunity to ask the GM actual questions is welcome and what happens in other markets. Why is he a topic of discussion on TDL day?
