Maybe I need to watch a better replay, but what the hell is Weegar doing there? Honest question, although I know I'm among other biased Ducks fans: was that dirty or was it just an awkward accident? It just looked like a weird play.

At this point I'd like PV to release a public letter to the league demanding actions to be taken. Our team is basically at the end of every cheap shot and nothing ever happens, and that was not an unintentional thing. There's just falling because of losing your balance and falling to put the fill weight of yours onto a specific point.

f*** it, I want us to sign some goons and take out McJesus, Bedard, Crosby, Ovechkin and all the league's poster boys. Force them to do something.

100% an accident. Weegar goes to use his body and slips and unfortunately falls into Carlsson's leg.

picked a hell of a game to sleep through, hope Leo's alright and it looks worse than it actually is, Sportsnet was on at the gym this morning replaying the clip over and over it made me feel sick, most coverage I've seen the Ducks get in years up here.

MRI immediately today or wait for eventual swelling to go down first or 2 MRIs?

Best outcome.. 4-6 weeks.. Worst outcome.. Out of the season.. If he has any sort of tear.. or Ligament damage.. Could be 6-8 months recovery.. He cant Skate for at least 3 months after surgery.., Gotta rehab a full month after rest...Keep in the mind he lives alone.. Hes going to have to get help.. Ducks better take care of him.. He needs someone with him.

I wouldn't get that negative from a mental perspective lol. if it's gonna be a while, he can always go back to Sweden

the worst case scenario is not 4-6 weeks. I’ve seen guys have worse looking plays and come back in a. Week. I’m not saying that will absolutely happen here but we should just wait

The only silver lining would be that it is not serious enough to cause long term impact to Leo's career.

That said, even out for a fairly short period gives Zegras the possibility to play center for Cronin and see how things work out.

the only benefit of it being our star rookie is that other people in the league will talk about it and we might actually get updates
They are going to say he will be out Indefinitely or no time table. They wont disclose his injury unless he has to have surgery
