The Ducks people say it’s because of Paul Kariya whom Cronin coached at Maine. But maybe Billington can get a job with Anahiem then.A minute later they confirmed the actual link was via Craig Billington who played with Verbeek in NJ.
I’m not sure how much local control there is, but Water Valley Company seems to grow within tooIt’s not like we ever stray too far with most hires, so that’s a good possibility.
His surname definitely sounds like a Lewis Carroll invention.I just hope I can learn how to properly spell his name before he leaves or gets fired.
If we don't have the draft picks to stock the team, I'm all for solid AHL vets. I really want to see the Eagles thrive and do well every year. I think it's important to have a winning culture at the AHL. It's going to be interesting to see how Aaron Schneekloth fares stepping into the head coach role. He's had 10 years of familiarity with the Eagles and was the head coach of the teams that won the back-to-back Kelly Championships.Liking the moves to bring in some seasoned AHL vets for the Eags, especially after last season's injury bug.
These guys seem to also be unsigned:so as of now, out of last season squad, only Merkley and Ryan Wagner haven't signed anywhere, right?
Man, I really wanted that forward guys name to be DJ Budseker, but when I looked him up it's Busdeker lol. So disappointed.......
That jersey would have sold for at least 2500 lol
