He works with Ryjo, and they brought in grit. Seeing that picture with Landy's kids tells me there is no bad blood there. Mack may be like fk no, so who knows. No one else really has a say beyond Sakic and McFarland.

They will also likely bring in more at the lower ranks, and that roster spot needs skill.
They got RyJo and Colton to be 2 and 3C. Not sure where Duchene would fit. He can’t play wing from what I remember.

All these players not qualified because teams are scared of those 2.5M-3M arbitration cases doesn't mean that no one wants them and they'll desperately sign for 1M in Colorado tomorrow.

It doesn’t, but it’s saturating the market.

There’s going to be ‘second tier’ options to circle back on that aren’t that far off from the guys who go day one. There’s more 3rd/4th liners than usual this year.

So Vegas is going to have pretty much the exact same roster next year minus Reilly Smith. Same top 11 Forwards, top 7 D, and top 2 goalies. Assuming Barrett Howden signs for like 2m, they have 3m to replace Smith for a 3rd line winger.

I don't think a Cup winning team has ever had so little turn over.

If Duchene would sign for dirt cheap, I wouldn't be against it. I do wonder if losing part of his finger has affected his game, though..

We have a lot of work to do if we want be able to beat them next year

Weren’t RyJo and Duchene centers in Nashville and neither one plays wing? Where would Duchene fit on the Avs?

I mean, I don't really blame you for not watching Nashville other than when they play us, but no..

He's as productive as he is because he's been playing wing, and with Ryjo at center.
