I just expected him to one of the better players on BC since he was a first round pick. .

Kinda unrealistic to judge his first game at a new level as reflecting what he is or will be

perrault has looked fine, been a lot of pk's so not really getting any rhythm in the game. it's his first game, can't really draw any conclusions on him.

of the 3 usa kids on that line, leonard has prob been the most noticeable. fortescue is playing a lot, stapled somebody.

More noticeable but taking penalties is hurting their game tonight

smith has been the worst of the 3. got smoked on every faceoff i saw him take, like lost them as clean as you possibly can. has struggled the most with the pace of play on and off the puck. perrault actually just took a faceoff for him.

perrault has honestly at this point been the best of the 3 in my view, though that's really not saying a ton. it's their first college game though and they've more than held their own, just haven't been creating much offense. sort of like watching a ranger preseason game tbh.
