Tim Peele posted the rumors are true. Until the police confirm it, it is all still rumors.

That unfortunately leans this towards being true. But either way, very sad for whoever was involved. Can only await confirmation.

I sure hope it's a false rumor, though the longer this goes on and nobody in Gaudreau's inner circle just puts out a statement, it's a bad sign. Whether it's him, agent, family, publicist, teammate, etc., you'd think one of them would just tweet that he's alright.
