Alberta's hospitalization and ICU numbers have decreased over the past week, and hospital stays are getting shorter and shorter with Omicron. Our hospitalization and ICU numbers are actually at some of the lowest levels since the start of the pandemic. To blame the unvaccinated for this tournament getting cancelled is completely disingenuous. It blows my mind that people still believe that divisive BS still.

We were saying exactly the same thing 2 weeks ago in Quebec. Now hospitalizations are exploding.

It's more noticeably spreading in NA and other first world countries among vaccinated individuals because a vast majority are getting vaccinated so a higher population of vaccinated individuals will have higher numbers of positive cases. The percentage of those getting sick/dying will still be higher among unvaccinated individuals.

This is complete revisionist history. When the vaccines were originally being pushed they were being pushed with the intention of stopping spread and not developing CoVid.
