Watching Vegas-Ducks - I feel like if there's a "one that got away" for the Bruins, it's Mark Stone. He just had a great shorty, down 2-0. Putting the team on his back. Dude is a total warrior. A Marchand-Bergeron-Stone line would've set records for +/-.

That 2019 deadline, Coyle was an A+ add, Johansson was solid, but Stone instead of MJ wust be a crazy alternate reality to live in.

Leafs lose to Arizona 6-3.

And they lose despite leading 3-2 at the last break. Poor old Dangle's going to lose his mind!

No shame in being defeating by the Yotes in that building though, as the Bruins can attest to. They're an impressive 7-3-2 at home. That little arena may be a stain on the reputation of the NHL, but it's working out pretty well for the team's performance.

Looked at the score of leafs Avs and it was 3-2.

Toronto immediately scores 2 in 24 seconds lol

Pavelski is like Bergeron - remains at the very top of his game despite the rising years. He's 38 and still going at a PPG and +23 to boot. Surely one of the greatest 7th round picks of the modern draft era. I've always said, out of all the current players I'd love to have seen wearing the black and gold, he's number one.

Holy moly, can ESPN please end the Leah Hextall at PBP experiment? Trying to enjoy the Kraken/Isles game, but she is just brutal to listen to. Reminds me of the original Playstation 1 sports games where the commentary pauses a second to load between phrases that don't always mesh together. She's a mix of that and a small market weather personality. Surely ESPN can find someone better.

Might as well put a picture of Pavelski by the word "consistency" in the dictionary. It's incredible how consistent he has been over his long career. You pretty much know what you are going to get out of him before the start of every season. The fact that he put up the most points of his career last season at 37 yrs old, and is on a similar pace this season at 38 is unreal. Loved him with the Sharks back when I was watching a lot of their games due to Jumbo Joe being on the team, and have enjoyed watching him as a Star. For sure he would have been one hell of a Bruin.
