They have ROR, Schenn, Buchnevich, Thomas, Saad, Kyrou as solid top 6 players. Barabshev just had a breakout year. Neighbors and Bolduc are very promisng young forward prospects. I think they prefered to use their little cap space on defense rather than forwards. I think it was a solid choice

Nobody in the NHL cares about what rink they're playing in unless it's a famous arena like MSG. And Prudential Center is only 15 years old come on, JG isn't gonna know we had power failures twice or have a leak in the 100 sections

I would prefer Bahl play his off side to B Smith playing regularly, but yes I think he puts a halt on any other depth D this year. Only other move I could see would be trading Graves and T. Smith or one of our other D prospects for an upgrade to Graves.

His contract isn’t the minimum but it can be completely buried in the AHL if necessary.
