Elvis is still alive and the earth is flat.
He is, I saw him just the other night playing goalie for the Blue jackets

Wright/Cooley/Slaf/Jiricek it is folks
My bet is that the U18's and CHL playoffs will add some names to the top 10 lists... maybe even top 5.
Next Lindros? Nah, Slaf is playing with his head upSlaf against Tampere today. I think the next Eric Lindros will register at least 10 hits, concussing two Tappara players. He's absolutely ruthless.
Honest and fair assessment of Jordan Dumais? What are we looking at here?
lots of similarities between him and Farrell IMO.Honest and fair assessment of Jordan Dumais? What are we looking at here?
He has really good stats. Almost 100 pts at 17 yo…. What is inpressing too, is he isnt surround by many 20 years old guy. Sometimes it’s easier to get points in CHL cause you have those overager around you. Wich is not the case here. Pretty interessting on that point of viewHonest and fair assessment of Jordan Dumais? I do think that after Wright, they can be changes. If David Jiricek plays at the WC and have a big tournament, he could probably move in the top 3 by exemple. Not sure if the top 5 changes but there could be a lot of changes from 6-15 range after the U18's and CHL playoffs for sure. Very difficult to nail down after Wright, Cooley, Slaf... IMO.

Forsberg junior will steamroll the opposition otherwise.Slaf against Tampere today. I think the next Eric Lindros will register at least 10 hits, concussing two Tappara players. He's absolutely ruthless.
Who's a comp for Slaf in today's game?Don't expect Slaf to get a mean streak or play physical. We went through this with Latendresse. He is what he is, you either accept he's a skilled player in a power forward body who doesn't play a power game or you don't.

If we end up with slafkovsky and lambert with our 2 first round picks, I'll never sin againIf we draft Cooley, I’d like to trade up for Gauthier. If we draft Slaf, I’d like to trade up for Lambert.
Would like to come out of the 1st with speedy center and a big talented winger.
Slafkovsky isn't even remotely similar to Rantanen. The only thing they really have in common is that both have a great shot, though Rantanen developed it later and also uses it more wisely.Andrei Svechnikov // Mikko Rantanen. That's the only 2 players I see in Slafkovsky game.

Comparables are hard to find for Slaf's game, but this is pushing it. We're not even sure the guy has the profile be a good top-6 fwd, let alone comparing him to an All-Star and an established 1st liner.
