Geekie has a certain Jagr quality. He'll probably go in the range we're more likely to trade up for.

Him and Slaf would make for a terrific duo of giants for a future 2nd line.

And Geekie could become a star. Criticisms of his lack of effort reminds me of Getzlaf.

Here's our big center.
It’s not a lack of effort, it’s a lack of everything. He’s not that good.

If they draft those two, they can trade for Puljujarvi at the same time and have the most disappointing 3rd line in the NHL.

Hey, he exhibited more interesting offensive raw skills in 2 minutes of highlights than Wright in 3 full games, + the highlight videos.

Anyway, let's just always pass on the big centers. That's how you end up with a big center.

Yeah he’s so good he had 24 less points on a far superior team. A real catch.

Grabbing big centres just because they are big is how you end up with Michael McCarron.

The guy that has Geekie first install..... Snake Boisvert

Ah right.

If Geekie becomes what his highlights are, then he should go 1st overall yes.

Obviously, that's unlikely to happen, but not guts no glory.

I don't give a f*** about points.

McCarron doesn't have Geekie's skills.

How many points did Getzlaf have in junior?

The point of big centers like him is if they make it, they can play against other top centers more easily. So they score less points than mini wizards but they can actually play when Mark Messier comes in front of them in the Conference final.

That said, I am not saying Wright couldn't. You can pick both Wright and Geekie too for all I care. It's not the same pick.

Am I the only one who thinks Slaf's upper body/lower body ratio is a lot higher than the average man?

Not sure what that would entail for his game... better edges , worse balance maybe?

His overall shape kind of looks similar to KK's to me but Sergachev as well.

You don’t give a f*** about points, you only care about two minute highlight videos. Great scouting.

I guess Drouin is on the verge of breaking Gretzky’s records?

IMPORTANT QUESTION!

I don't have the cable in my appartment and usually catch the games through "some free online streams". I Really want to see the draft and I'm willing to pay for some streaming service from an official online tv broadcast. (I'm assuming the draft won't be streamed from my usual sources)

I want to know what are the different broadcast to show the draft live and which one has the best deal? Ideally just a 3-day or 1-week cheap deal.

I already looked at tva sports and the cheapest deal is a 1-month deal at 19.99$ CA

Important to know I live in Montreal and therefore may not have access to every online broadcast.

Thanks in advance for all your resourceful answers!

Cheers!
