2022 Hlinka-Gretzky Tournament (Canada Wins Gold)

I laugh when guys like Button who completely missed the boat on the top 4 order of the 2022 draft try to justify this botching by saying the Kirby Dach trade made the Slafkovsky pick make sense for the Habs. Then why the hell did Arizona take Cooley over Wright? He's simply out of touch with the actual NHL scouting community and should have listened to his buddy Bobby Mac's poll of scouts.

As if the Habs weren't taking Slafkovsky even if they didn't have a young center lined up.

he's a total moron

Yager wow, what a player! Gauthier, I love how the frenchie constantly fights to get the positional advantage on his opponents, thats going to traslate well to the pros. Those Canadians kids are real good, thats a likable edition for sure.
The "Frenchie". WTF man ?

First time I see a silver medalist actually be..fine with it...lol. That's how strong Canada was. Sweden is the first team ever to be happy with the silver.

...just letting you know that many find the term "Frenchie" derogatory...
How we feeling about Frenchie in The Boys then? I'm also francophone and I didn't know it was derogatory. I guess it depends on the context, as I could see it being belittling.

...one of those terms that got overused in negative contexts, so it's a No-No in Society now...we are the Kinder, Gentler Society now...or so we tell ourselves...
