As soon as one person gets a chance to be offended about anything it allows a group of other people to virtue signal their moral high ground and cancel their newfound enemies. John "Frenchy" Faqua was a popular NFL running back in the 1970s for the Giants and the Steelers who's fans were called "Frenchy's Foreign Legion ." I guess times have changed.

I don’t feel it…..unless someone is confrontational with me and calls me Frenchie to get me going then ya….he can call me white guy in the same tone and that would boil my blood….but amongst buddies, or at work, i don’t feel hairs standing on my back, it doesnt feel like a personal attack like if someone called me a frog….ya, that would peak a frown on my face.

I get what you’re saying though, i can see sensitive people getting offended over it.
