Team was so solid today, contributions up and down the lineup, with only Heimosalmi blanking me. Nineteen points!

I'll be fortunate if Gaudreau gets another start, I figure they'll have Milic vs Sweden and then run with him from there, but maybe just maybe they keep a rotation if Canada draws Slovakia or the Swiss, before handing the reigns to Milic.

This is shaping up to be such a bizarre finish.

Assuming all the "favourites" win tomorrow, I have it looking like:

1. SVK
2. USA
3. FIN
4. SUI

1. CZE
2. CAN
3. SWE
4. GER

CAN vs. FIN, USA vs. SWE. Two big teams are getting eliminated and lots of players on our rosters are going home early.

Suchanek is probably looking at a 13 point finish, at minimum, with games vs the Germans and probably the Swiss. Assists? Shutouts? That's worrisome. Taken in the last round of our draft.
