Last 10 games Spence plays horrible defense.
He is concentrating on offensive side and take a lot of not needed risk doing it.

We won't know till the offseason. There's no way Gavrikov is signing off a couple of games. Need to keep the team winning, have him bond with the guys in the locker room, take care of his family, and show him what the city has to offer. If they go on a good run and then give him a solid contract offer after the season they might have a shot at it. In the end, he may test the market or have somewhere else in mind regardless.
