I think Kessel here makes some sense to him with enough trade protection. Instead of picking g 1 contender now he could have 8 interested at the TDL. He can make more here and the Ducks can retain rather than taking a smaller deal with a contender. The risks are if the Ducks are good enough to challenge then they don't move him at all. Not sure he's PV type player though either.

Dude, you have no idea how lucky you are to have fast food Mexican food. I would kill for Miguel’s jr and del taco.

Good hole in the walls places are a whole other thing that I’m missing.
Don't look at me, I'm in DC. No good Mexican food period, let alone fast food. And don't get me wrong, I loved Del Taco. More 2am runs for chicken soft tacos than I can recall (literally).

This x1000. All Kessel cares about is breaking the iron man streak - he doesn’t go into the corners or backcheck whatsoever now days (not that he ever excelled in those areas).
Yeah. It seems like PV values hard work and character, this is the wrong guy.

I get the appeal of flipping him like we're setting up to flip Klingberg, but I think Kessel is bad for our core's development.

My first time to a Taco Bell out here was so depressing. Taco Bell in CA is worlds better.

Taco bell is trash compared to del taco.
We have a taco bell and I never go. I hate it.

Would think in So. Cal you would go to a local Taco place. I've been to a couple, one in Laguna, and they were excellent.

I would think that going to Taco Bell there, is like going to NYC and going to a Papa John's for Pizza. lol.

Oh I prefer real Mexican, but out here, you’re limited. My point was, even the Taco Bell is worse here. They can’t even get fast food Mexican right.

While the list of remaining free agents is certainly waning, there are still a number of players I would sign to fill out our lineup. Of particular interest:

de Haan
Stralman
Motte
Ennis
Dahlen
Brassard
Bozak
Greene
Roussel
Richardson
Rowney
Murray

Would you give Sam Steel a 2way minor league deal to help the San Diego Gulls ?
Doesn't seem many NHL teams are looking to sign a undersized faceoff specialist to be their 4C
but for San Diego he'd be a good forward to add.

We moved on from him for a reason. Undersized and not really skilled in one particular area

I'm sure he'll find a 4th line role somewhere.

Even if Steel comes to a realization he has to take a 2 way deal, why would he return to an organization who doesn’t seem him as part of their future?

Neither Taco Bell or Del Taco are Mexican cuisine, their American cuisine like Pizza Hut and Panda Express.

I only eat them when I want American food. If I want Mexican food I make it myself or buy from a family owned restaurant, or from my uncle's Tamale business.

Of that list the only players that would add any sort of value at the NHL level would be de Haan, Stralman and possibly Murray. Maybe Rowney or Motte although we aren’t starved of 4th liners.
