That pass by Warren last night looked really good as well. Might be that he's finally recovering (getting in game shape) from that offseason surgery

Hvidston finished with one assist in a 4-1 win but was notably voted first star of the game. Great to see his progress, he is already only seven points shy of last year's point total despite playing in a third of the amount of games.

Gaucher will be moved to RW with the Remparts when he comes back. They traded for Justin Robidas who’s also a center and they will go with a Malatesta-Robidas-Gaucher line.

Sam colangelo scored twice today including the OT game winner. Tschigerl scored a goal for Calgary as well.

I was expecting Sam to take it to a new level, seeing he was gonna have the same linemates this season. Maybe this game will kickstart his offense to finish the season strong.

The loan sending Vyacheslav Buteyets to HK Sochi has been cancelled, I'm assuming due to playing time issues as he's been sitting out over a month now. He's back with Traktor, and it appears has been assigned back to the VHL where he was off to a strong start this season.

On my Nov 22 prospect update was around when Buteyets was loaned to KHL Sochi because their backup goalie got injured. I felt bad for him each update I did where he posted no games. Before he was promoted to Sochi, Buteyets played 17 games with a 0.924 Sv% and 2.31 gaa.

Prospect Update, pt 2: Euro, NHL, and AHL

San Diego news
Team is continually racking up negative +/- ratings, even Regenda has taken a dip.
Lots of injures and both goalies were called up recently.
RD Andersson has 4 pts and +8 in 16 games remains injured. He's the only plus player on the team.

The tale of BO Groulx

Groulx is ranked tied for 3rd in scoring for the Gulls. Ahead of him are F Grimaldi (24) and D Brouillard (22), while C O'Regan is tied with Groulx.

The oddness of Groulx is he was amazing two seasons ago at both scoring and defense. Between his first two seasons, the big change was coaching from Dineen (structure dev) to Bouchard (individual player dev). Between his last year and this current season, another coaching change from Bouchard to Sommer (no idea of his style of coaching dev), but also big roster turnover.

Right now, Groulx is our best scoring prospect with the Gulls.
