Ron Caron should be in, his ability to find players to keep the Blues competitive in the mid 80's, all while being forced to trade young stars, kept the team solvent so it could stay here
Mike Shanahan should be in as well

Was there anything about a museum to go along with it? I'm not exactly sure where they could put it since the Cards had ballpark village to use for theirs, but that seems like a great, although smallish revenue stream possibility.

I would guess they will put it somewhere in Enterprise or it won't actually be a brick and mortar HOF like the Cards one is at Ballpark Village.

Very nice to see those quotes from Chief.

These guys all performing well are going to make for some tough decisions. Here’s the “problem” the Blues have IMO - they have 1 top-9 spot open and all 3 of Brown, Neighbours and Leivo have earned it. But that’s one of those problems teams love to have.
I wonder how many are kept for 4th line and spare duty. Neighbours is the easy one to send down because of waivers, but I'd like to give them all a shot at making the club and see which one sticks.

I listened to that postgame interview on 101 and when the questions got to Kostin, Berube said he liked the fight and mentioned the goal but his focus was consistency. Not precise quote but the pure gist was "With Kostin it's all about consistency because I need to know exactly what player I'm getting every time they go over the boards if they're on the 4th line."

Yep. It's not that Kostin is a useless player, when he's one, he's absolutely someone that will benefit the team, but when he's off, he doesn't really offer much. You'd rather have a guy that consistently forechecks hard as opposed to someone that might have a higher ceiling, but is more inconsistent. And that's basically how Toropchenko passed him up.

So, who wants to troll the Toronto fans on how they could've had Parayko and didn't need to bother with their thousands of trade proposal threads.

IF Binnington were to put up a .920 for the season

What % chance do they win the division regular season race?

Eh like 33%. Team isn’t scoring nearly as many goals as last season, theres just no way.

I think the Avs, Blues and Preds will all be extremely close

But even then the Wild, Jets and Stars have good enough rosters to surprise. Such a strong division, which is funny considering the two teams who will almost certain finish 31 and 32 are in the same division.

I think the Blues are going to go beast mode. I just get the sense Binnington is going to show his ability to impose his will and that they'll be much more effective 5v5 having Leddy from day one. Recreating that winning identity on the 4th line is going to have an energising effect on the entire roster like it did in the Cup winning season. I anticipate big things if they can properly split the starts between Binnington and Greiss.

Sadly I see the opposite. There’s too many unknowns for me to think the stars align.

I think the Blues are sellers at the deadline and that wouldn’t necessarily be the worst thing for the franchise.

I think the stars are aligning for this season. We are still stacked at forward and have Leddy, like others have mentioned, from the start. Big plus.

With ROR being the question mark for any sustained Cup run beyond this season, I lean toward the Blues experiencing a spirit of hunger this season.

I think Binny will have a big year. He's good at letting go of old stuff. Save %? dunno
Bad at guessing that sort of thing.

That would be fun to see. I’d love to see the confusion from the predictors who are forecasting the Blues; demise.

But I think these statements are really guesses about how injuries play out. I don’t bother trying to predict that. Losing Binnington for an extended time would orobably be disastrous, for example. I’m very curious how the defense will perform if healthy.
