I seem to recall them going golfing after four games, so not unstoppable after all.Man McJesus with the opening night hatty and Dr. Drai with 3 pts. Those two are just unstoppable.

Three minutes in and the crowd is already dead quiet. If a nervous breakdown were a fanbase, it'd be the Leafs'The Leafs are hilarious. One game into the season and they've already got drama and panic. Not media created either, self created.
NHL has wanted this for years… goalies protested, but that was the start of this move into career years. Scoring projections will have to be redefined. Might need to be a 60+ point player in a few years to be a 2nd liner if this keeps up.So many goals scored everywhere. Players are going to all have career years offensively again
And how much money the players are asking based on points. Being a PPG player sure isn't worth as much as it used to.Scoring projections will have to be redefined.
That is much slower to change mostly because of RFA arbitration. And how much money the players are asking based on points. Being a PPG player sure isn't worth as much as it used to.
How long until Samsonov takes the net from Murray lol I give it a couple of weeks at most. The Leafs are hilarious. One game into the season and they've already got drama and panic. Not media created either, self created.
It was the Hawks lol. Thompson will get exposed soon enough.Logan Thompson with the shutout tonight. He was good last year and now 2-0 this season already.
Looks like they have a goalie. IMO he'll be Vegas' #1 goalie for many years, regardless of Lehner's situation.
I don’t think a shutout against the hawks really proves anything…Logan Thompson with the shutout tonight. He was good last year and now 2-0 this season already.

It's not just that. He had ridiculous numbers in the AHL (.943 and .920). Then he had good numbers in the NHL last year and he starts the season with 2 wins including last night's shutout.I don’t think a shutout against the hawks really proves anything…
I’m sure he’ll be a fine goalie. But this most recent game against the Hawks does nothing at all to shape how I feel about Thompson as a goalie. It's not just that. He seems like one of those goalies that pop out of nowhere in their mid 20's. Binnington style.
