People really mad at Eichel for celebrating scoring against the fans mercilessly booing him? Lol what the f***?

So he's just supposed to take the booing with his head down or something? F*** that. Rub it in their faces. This guy didn't demand a trade because of the fans, he demanded a trade because the organization wasn't allowing him to get healthy. Big difference. The fans decided to boo him anyways.

If that was me I'd be crotch chopping every last fan ala D-Generation X.

I have absolutely no beef whatsoever against Buffalo fans but I also have no issue whatsoever with Eichel going full shitheel either. He owes them NOTHING.

Wonder how much Bedard’s going to like living in Columbus.
Man, I would love this for their fan base so much. They're really a very likable group and pretty much know their stuff even though in Columbus the Jackets will always be behind the Buckeyes football in their sports zeitgeist. Heck, OSU basketball is probably right up with the Jackets in popularity for the wintertime. But regardless of the rap it gets, I can't begin to tell you how nice Columbus and the surrounding area actually can be.

Let's be honest here, he was pondering a trade request before his neck issue. The fans had already started to turn on him. Neither party is wrong here. The fans have the right to boo him, and he has a right to celebrate in their face for what the organization did to him health wise.

Haven't posted too much this year but it really appears the West is ripe for the taking again. It's still early of course but I think some of these trends are telling. Outside of Dallas and Vega's resurgence the usual suspects don't appear to have taken the next step (Oilers, Flames, Kings). And we have teams that are struggling that I don't know will be able to turn it around (Wild, Blues, Preds).

Seems like after Oiler fans treating Woodcroft like the next coming of God last season, some of them want him fired now. Who could have seen this coming? They never learn - coaching wasn't the problem then and it's not the problem today.

Jack Campbell sucks, we knew this since last season. Yet people were acting like they got some great starting goalie. I said on a main board thread that they would be lucky to make the playoffs this year, and while it's still way too early, I may not be wrong on that.

People forget that they barely squeaked past a Kings team that was missing Doughty and Arvidsson. Didn't pose any more of a challenge to the Avs than Nashville did either
