I'm surprised schools don't have people protecting kids who get bullied, whether it's another student or teacher. I for one remember protecting a fellow student who was being bullied in high school, didn't even have to fight the guy, just stood up to him and told him to stop being an asshole or else, and it worked. He stopped the bullying

I found a great school in a different city and my son and I moved so he could attend said school. It was a great decision and he is happy and thriving in the new school. Long story but my point is the schools don’t do anything. Super f’ed up if you ask me

That's for sure. The kid who I protected was in my class. During class the guy who bullied him was sitting behind him, would flick his ears, laugh at him and more, all that while the teacher knew what's going on and wouldn't do much other than just tell the guy to stop, and the poor kid was being bullied during class, after class and one day I just couldn't take it anymore and just told that prick to knock it off or he was gonna get it.

I kinda had a reputation in high school of being a nutcase who wasn't afraid of anything and had many friends, so that bully kinda got bullied but in a good way. I think the only people who can protect kids from being bullied are fellow students

Thoroughly enjoying the Blues meltdown. They’re going to need to win a few games though, I don’t want them in Bedard territory.

The Senators seem to be forever sucking. Thought they might turn it around this year, but they’re really struggling.

I hope Blues keep losing for ten more games and basically take themselves out of playoffs but then make a good run, so they don't end up with a good draft pick. The best case scenario.

You should not jump to coclusussions. So called "rape apalogists" were right about Cole so far. And it is not fair to call people racist sympathizers for wanting to give some awful kid another chance. That is like saying that Edmonton and all their fans are woman beating sympathizers. The worst part of internet is extreme bipolarisation of society. America is on the edge of civil war because some minor political diffrences were hyped to extreme levels where each side thinks that other is pure evil. The racist sympathizers was a allusion to the Kadri/Blues situation. Also, there’s been plenty of rape-related issues that have reared their ugly heads enough times in the last year that have really revealed some peoples perspectives on it. I am all for debate, and thinking of things from multiple perspectives, but there’s also been plenty of evidence that there have been posters (many banned now) that are exactly as the label suggests. This isn’t a situation where I’m labelling someone because they disagree with me.
