I don’t really know about Miller much. If he stopped this at 14 I vote for forgiveness. Kids are stupid. If this persisted until 17-18 then I don’t vote for forgiveness, especially if he had already been called out for it.

It was only a matter of time with the way things were going. His agent's statement only made matters worse once it started getting picked apart.

Regardless of how you feel about Mitchell getting another chance with a NHL org, you’d have thought that the Bruins would run this by the players currently on the roster and their thoughts.

What an absolute farce of a job by management.

The #justiceformiller fan club in absolute shambles.

Another case of an absolute sociopath getting cancelled. What a shame.

Unmitigated disaster indeed. Not sure I can recall a more unforced error by an NHL GM in recent memory. It's gonna take a while for them to wash their hands clean of this one

Second chances are earned. It doesn’t seem Miller has done anything to earn a second chance other than the bare minimum (that being court mandated)

Meh. I dont feel strongly about it either way, but what realistically is enough to say that it was "earned". To me it certainly seems like no matter what he did or didn't do it would never ever be enough in the eyes of thr public.

No one involved can even do the bare minimum. It’s like they said, “well, it has probably been long enough now so let’s give it another shot.”

That’s not the way it works. It’s not how you get, deserve, or give second chances.

Can someone explain to me why the Bruins should talk to them? I'd prefer a rational than an emotional answer if possible.
