What??? You gotta be joking. The funniest thing is if I remember correctly, players are docked money but eventually get it back if they don't get suspended again in a certain timeframe.
Seriously, things like maximum allowable fines and lengths of suspensions would be things I would put on the table relatively quickly in negotiations if I were the players union. They really need to drive the player safety issue for their own well-being. So if they can do so in a way that appears as a give in negotiations, I would do so immediately. The funniest thing is if I remember correctly, players are docked money but eventually get it back if they don't get suspended again in a certain timeframe.
Sid should be here right now but noooooooooThey really traded for Granlund lol.
Sid needs to demand a trade tomorrow. Enough is enough!
Alright Sid time to come finish your career in Colorado
It's not my money and it doesn't affect the salary cap. As long as the owners allow the GM to admit a change is necessary and bite the bullet with years remaining on the contract, he can pay them whatever he wants.I am not super positive about Bednar but by the time you're paying 4 million for Sutter I'd pay another 1 million for Bednar.
Yep. They do juuuuuuuuust enough to try and avoid any future liability. They don't ever want DoPS to do their job, they just want them to appear that they're doing their job.
Need a small miracle of DAL losing in regulation tonight and Avs winning tomorrow then can rest some guys for game 82. Sure none of that will happen though
