Based on those lines (not sure if they'll be correct) I would think SWE would lean heavily on the 1st PP unit.

It's either Broberg or Johansson on the 2nd unit. Maybe both.

Would you say Soderstrom is a lock for the dman spot on PP1?

I would be very surprised if they didn't start that way. He played with Raymond & Holtz last year on the PP.

It would be stupid to play with 4 RH players on the same unit. If the only LH player on the unit, Söderblom, is the net presence they would have a hard time firing one timers from one side and make them easier to defend against. I would bring in the best LH face off C on that unit. Or split Raymond and Holtz to different units and bring in a LH shot.

Edmonton is not the deepest team, so maybe it was the best choice after all. But you can't shoot one-timers effectively on one side if all players are either LH or RH. You limit your opportunities, which the defending team can exploit.

I would guess chances are high Broberg has antibodies (or T-cell immunity) given that almost all players of his SHL team was hit by Covid in march.

Nope, but the letters at the U18s with pretty much the same team with some changes were Björnfot(C), Holtz(A), Söderström(A).
