I'm prepared to believe it's at least partially due to a number of guys looking to stand out and try and secure a contract/minutes/rep whatever.

Every year there are guys that play to make themselves look better rather than play to make the team more competitive. It just shows up more glaringly when it's a penalty. When it's a guy trying to score every time he touches the puck instead of looking to make the pass we laud them for it.

That's fair. The other issue may be fatigue of the guys who played 15 hours ago, which went into OT.

The new Reign PBP announcer is doing a great job. I like his call of the game. He’s keeping things simple and has a good grasp on the players names. No easy task in a rookie tournament.

Anyone find a stream that allows full screen? the LA feed yesterday wouldn't let me go full screen either. I was able to watch the AZ feed full screen.

Full screen is working for me on an iPad mini using Safari. I think PCs have DRM restrictions that prevent full screen, FYI.
