I think they changed the settings on the message board a week or two ago. Consecutive posts by the same person are now combined into one. The first couple days the option was enabled, there was a blue tag that said "Messages automatically combined" or something like that. Now it just combines them without the distraction.

Thanks for the info. It sucks when moving with a game since your post goes backwards.

I still can’t get over the fact that Okhotiuk fought Fitzgerald’s son.

What an absolutely ballsy move on his part.

I really hope Okhotiuk eventually makes the NHL team. He’s going to be a fun player to watch.

Oh does it? As in the newest posts get prepended instead of appended? That seems just... wrong.

No it posts it after the last post I made, all in chronogical order. However, I am posting threads as the game goes on. If someone, as often happens posts after me and then I come on after what they posted it should go there. Instead it goes back to my list of posts and the time frame gets all screwed up. If there are several posts, my post becomes old news.

The other issue is that there may be 2 or 3 posts after my 3rd post and my 4th and 5th go back and they may have occurred after what was posted by others after my original 3rd posted, but it comes up in my list which was posted earlier. SO game events that happened much later show up in my list as an earlier event. I don't know if I'm explaining this clearly, but what ends up happening is the chronological order of game events can easily get all out of order. I had to delete posts because they didn't happen there.

It sucks.

That should have been automatic. He was the guy who should have been jolly on the spot to make a fellow countryman welcome, show him the ropes, help him navigate around the community, and deal with any poossible language difficulties bound to pop up.

Fitzgerald is an opponent not a double agent. He is subject to the same treatment as any other player on the ice during the course of the game. Anyways, Fitzgerald seemed to be be the guy that wanted that fight to take place and OK obliged. Any time you wade into an altercation of that type, the outcome is always an unknown. Fitz is a Buffalo player and family connections to whomever have nothing to do with anything during the game.

I mean, yes, but the fact that it is also your GM’s son just adds another layer to it. Granted in the moment you likely don’t even realize that or even if you do it doesn’t really matter.

Just checked in on the playoff stats, and man look at Greer go. If we didn't have 5 different 13th fwd options at the NHL I'd definitely put him in that spot.

Also seeing 2-1 for Daws and 0-1 for Schmid. Which game did Schmid play?

Sunday 2nd of the back to back. He was very good. Gave the Comets every chance to win. Comets had 5 shots in a 3rd period tied at 3-3. Schmid had nothing to do with the loss. All 4 goals against were good goals.

I would be more pissed if he did NOT want to fight just because he was Fitz’s kid.
