It's so weird how it's never AA's fault when the stats say otherwise no matter who he plays with

He' just a huge bad luck rbbit's foot i guess

Dude, there are obviously plays where it's AA's fault.
That wasn't one of them.

There obviously flaws to his game.

If you don't have a line that can get him the puck with speed - then you've just taken away his best attribute.

And this line - Brown-Byfield-AA - has ZERO chemistry.

Byfield shouldn't be in the NHL. If so, maybe start him on the Wing so he can learn the game at pace before trying to learn the hardest position in the league.
Brown shouldn't be in an NHL lineup.
And AA is a top 9 scoring forward if you play him in a situation to succeed. We saw that with Carter last year.
But if you put him on a line with zero ability to find him with the puck? He's next to uselesss.

Seems pretty clear to me AA should get moved as a salary dump in whatever trade the Kings make for defense.

But long-term, I think the Kings are blowing their rebuild.
Too much, too soon for Byfield.
Yo-yo-ing Vilardi.
If they f*** these two pieces, good luck.

a has been. Thank him for his service and get him off the ice.

a not quite ready yet. You need to play top minutes in the AHL with the best wingers on that team.

a never was… he actually had Phoenix Coyote written all over him.

Maybe you could go have that discussion with all the people on the board criticizing management for not bringing him up faster, along with Turcotte. Search variations of the phrase, "What does our management know about development that every other team in the league doesn't?"

:-)

:)
They just don’t have anyone for him to play with that’s worth a damn that isn’t on a productive line.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING - Kings vs Coyotes
Short & Sweet Edition

TheLegend : Didn't we just play these guys?????
LittlePipes : Obrien and Ritchie on same line! both go after Brown AT THE SAME TIME!
DO IT !!
JasonDemersWasOkay : All Ritchie needs to do is run Brown or Doughty and I'll already like him more than Dzingle
Summer Rose : f*** the Kings. Again.
LittlePipes : panger just called tocchet “very successful” as coyotes coach!
Dr VinnyBoombatz : Love Biz on the pre-game...he's such a Coyote homer, I love it.
GiveAFlyingPuck : 3 shots. Don't overexert yourself, boys.
Bonsai Tree : Weggie is playing well. Hayton ok defensively. Few good scoring chances for the Kings until the pp.
GiveAFlyingPuck : The Kings still have 4 unanswered goals against us.
GiveAFlyingPuck : Tic tac Doh!
Nowotny : Terrible defending (or no defending) by Bjornfot
Summer Rose : Kopitar also got burned on Keller's goal.
GiveAFlyingPuck : Good tank loss
LittlePipes : Tank you very much

Byfield looked really bad tonight.

Starting to get worried. He is suppose to be an elite talent and so far, has shown very little of that.

Having these (3) players on the roster has been shown to drive the opposing team crazy, and it's a beautiful thing.

Although it may be unpopular I think all of the media attention being thrust on QB is f***ing with his game. Kid hasn’t even done anything in the NHL yet and they are puting the weight of one of the heaviest topics in society today on him as a flag bearer. Poor dude just wanted to play hockey until they told him how important he was to an entire race let alone a team.

The third line looked terrible, but it wasn't all just them. Arizona was smart enough to roll out their top line against them which is a terrible mismatch. Brown can't keep up for more than a few shifts, AA just waves at pucks with his stick if he's in his own zone, and Byfield is skating around trying not to make a mistake. That line is like half of Arizona's goal-scoring.

Todd obviously saw it but didn't have the last change, that's why they didn't see the ice late in the game. It's time to make a change there and bring up JAD and Vilardi who have been asserting their will in Ontario. What's the worse that can happen if they stick them with Byfield? They give up goals? It's a great time to try it, they have a favorable schedule coming up with Eastern teams at or below their level and a lot of home games.

Id love that. But that implies scratch or waive of 22 and 23 - and the latter wont happen - unfortunately
