It's so weird how it's never AA's fault when the stats say otherwise no matter who he plays with
He' just a huge bad luck rbbit's foot i guess
Wondering how many concussions he’s had.
And this line - Brown-Byfield-AA - has ZERO chemistry.
Maybe you could go have that discussion with all the people on the board criticizing management for not bringing him up faster, along with Turcotte. Search variations of the phrase, "What does our management know about development that every other team in the league doesn't?"Byfield shouldn't be in the NHL.
They just don’t have anyone for him to play with that’s worth a damn that isn’t on a productive line.Maybe you could go have that discussion with all the people on the board criticizing management for not bringing him up faster, along with Turcotte. Byfield had a very poor game.
And yet, TM has the audacity to keep it together when it can't do jackshit. That 3rd line didn't seen any more ice time with 8 min left to go in the 3rd.
Drew never fell to the depths of where Chychrun is now. Not even close.Chychrun is where drew was 2 years ago. Still a good player just in hockey depression.
Look at Draisaitl's numbers 2014 - came up as a 19 yr old mid season Leon Draisaitl at eliteprospects.comByfield looked really bad tonight.
Starting to get worried. He is suppose to be an elite talent and so far, has shown very little of that.
Id love that. But that implies scratch or waive of 22 and 23 - and the latter wont happen - unfortunatelyThe third line looked terrible, but it wasn't all just them. Arizona was smart enough to roll out their top line against them which is a terrible mismatch. Brown can't keep up for more than a few shifts, AA just waves at pucks with his stick if he's in his own zone, and Byfield is skating around trying not to make a mistake. That line is like half of Arizona's goal-scoring.
Todd obviously saw it but didn't have the last change, that's why they didn't see the ice late in the game. It's time to make a change there and bring up JAD and Vilardi who have been asserting their will in Ontario. What's the worse that can happen if they stick them with Byfield? They give up goals? It's a great time to try it, they have a favorable schedule coming up with Eastern teams at or below their level and a lot of home games.
Kopitar looked really bad tonight playing with two of the teams best playersByfield looked really bad tonight.

They're winning though -- that's why he won't change anything. It's ridiculous that our coach won't take action to fix the 3rd line.
I love Brown, but this is a pro sports team.
